Day 1
Arrival & Welcome
Arrival at Ribeirão Preto’s Leite Lopes Airport, followed by private transportation to São Roque de Minas. Upon arrival, check-in and a warm welcome reception to integrate the group and introduce the journey ahead. Welcome dinner.
Day 2
Chapadão da Canastra | Origins of the “Velho Chico”
After breakfast, head to the stunning Chapadão da Canastra. Explore the source of the São Francisco River, admire the views from the top of Casca D’Anta waterfall, visit Alto do Rolim and Cachoeira Rasga Canga, and discover the historic Curral de Pedras. End the day with a special gastronomic experience at an internationally awarded cheese farm.
Day 3
Canastra Valley | Culture & Traditions
Dive into the cultural richness of the Canastra Valley. Visit Cachoeira da Chinela, pass through São José do Barreiro, and enjoy a traditional Minas Gerais countryside lunch. Continue to the lower part of Casca D’Anta waterfall and finish the day with a visit to a local artisanal cheese producer.
